About our home.....

Our slice of heaven was built in the 1940's and expanded several times.  The original well house is still on the property.  The logs on the siding are original from a Colorado Mill.  The views are protected and wildlife is abundant!  This is a perfect home for gatherings! PAGOSA SPRINGS sits at 7,079 feet in SW Colorado at the base of the Continental Divide.  Featuring rushing rivers and streams, lakes galore, hiking & biking trails, spectacular fall colors, ancient ruins, deep powder in the winter at nearby Wolf Creek Ski Area, incredible hunting, amazing wildlife, clean air and 3 million acres of National Forest surrounding the area.  Pagosa Springs offers plenty of opportunities for our valued visitors any time of the year!

Fly fishing can be done just about anywhere along the San Juan River or Echo Canyon Reservoir (5 minutes). The warmth of the hot springs, just 5 minutes away, provides endless enjoyment and epic relaxation. This mountain Get-Away is perfectly positioned to cater to just about any group's mountain escape. Pagosa Springs has an authentic small-town culture and unforgettable scenery. A base camp for endless mountain adventures!

Please Note:  We do have good internet but this is the mountains and outages are common and beyond our control!
